When is rent due?
Most rental agreements, including ours, say rent is due on the first day of the month.
What will be the condition of my rental before I move in?
Prior to move-in, we will prepare the property and conduct a joint inspection prior to you taking possession of the unit. At this time, we will fill out a Landlord/Tenant Checklist form, which will be used as a record of the property condition upon vacating the rental unit.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. We routinely collect an appropriate security deposit. This deposit covers any damage to the property that may occur during your residency and may be returned upon vacating the unit after inspection. All deposits must be made with a money order or cashier’s check.
